We are a 1.5 acre family run Hop farm located in Nine Mile Falls near Spokane.
Our farm has five varieties of Hops; Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Nugget. Pellets are available all year and are sold by the pound in 5 mil oxy/Uv proof mylar bags vacuum sealed and flushed with nitrogen
Besides also being a brewer Paul Stettler our technical wizard has built a Harvester, Oast, cold room, and has added a one of a kind WATER COOLED PELLET MACHINE (see video) to the list of Come on get Hoppy farm assets!
We want the best for our Brewing brothers so we don't use Pesticides, Herbicides or Fungicides on our crops. Natural farming techniques are used to insure wholesome flavor and aromas of our Hops.

Columbus is a decendant of Nugget that is high in alpha acid and is a primary strain for bittering. It is earthy and spicy in aroma with a hint of citrus. It is a moderate to high strain in alpha acids.
Made by USDA in Oregon Nugget was released in 1983. It's very high in al[pha acids making it a very bitter strain. It has herbal woody type aroma and beers brewed with it tend to have good foam retention.

Bred and released by Washington State Universityin 1990, Centennial is a widely popular stain often mreffered to as the "Super-Cascade". It can also be used for bittering purposes in your brew.
Cascade is dark green with elongated cones. It was developed at Oregon State University and became available around 1971. It's a flowery-citrus-like type with slight grapefruit characteristics.
This stain was released in 1985 by the USDA breeding program in Washington State and is wery high in alpha acid making it bitter. It has a spice and pine aroma when brewed making it a versitile strain.
